2️⃣ Register for and receive a qualified Senior Package scholarship by October 31, 2026.

This event is rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
This celebration is for student senior package holders only, unless a parent is serving as an approved volunteer or chaperone.
All tickets are distributed digitally through the Door List App (Click Here). All tickets will be distributed in alpha-order waves beginning February 19 and completed by March 7, 2027.
📩 Invitations for each ticket are securely 🔐 tied to the student’s phone number on file provided by their parent.
📱 Students must download the free Door List app to access their ticket.
Students must:
✔️ Download the free Door List app at home
✔️ RSVP within the app promptly to confirm receipt of their ticket.
✔️ Present their scanner-ready digital ticket at the entry gate.
⚠️ Students who arrive without a digital ticket must present a valid North Carolina ID or Driver’s License. The associated digital ticket must remain unused. Entry may be delayed for individuals without a ready digital ticket, so we strongly encourage confirming access well in advance of the event date.

Didn’t receive your Door List text with your digital ticket? No worries — we’ve got you covered!
Step 1:
Download the Door List App and log in (create a free account) using the student phone number entered on the Senior Package purchase form. https://doorlist.app
Step 2:
If you have an existing account, check your profile to see that your phone number is listed correctly. Door List does not allow users to edit phone information later - so you may have to create a new account if your phone number is listed incorrectly or you won't be able to access the event and the ticket.
Step 3:
When you log in, you should see "MRHS PTSO Senior Banquet" event on your dashboard automatically. If you don't see it, there is a problem with your registration or your phone number on your profile. If there is a problem, skip to Step 6.
Step 4:
If the event is listed on your dashboard correctly, go to "My QR Code" to scan into the event. This is your digital ticket.
Step 5:
RSVP "Yes"
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following policies will be strictly enforced:
🚫 Prohibited Items: Alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Individuals found in possession of these items will be immediately removed from the event and denied re-entry.
👮 Law Enforcement Presence: Deputies from the Union County Sheriff’s Office will be on-site. All North Carolina laws will be enforced.
🎒 Bag Policy: Only clear bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted. Medical bags are exempt from the clear bag requirement, but require inspection. Clear bags are subject to inspection upon request.
👕 Parent/Guardian Volunteer Chaperones: The PTSO objective is to have a ratio of at least one (1) Volunteer Parent/Guardian Chaperone for every ten (10) Ticketed Participants. Individuals must be 21+ years of age to serve as a Chaperone Volunteer.
👗 Dress Code Policy:
Student attire must be non-disruptive, neat, clean, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Undergarments are required but must not be visible. Clothing displaying inappropriate language, profanity, or references to drugs, alcohol, or violence is not permitted.
Event administration reserves the right to determine dress code compliance. Students who do not meet dress expectations may be denied entry until appropriate attire is secured.
🔁 No Re-Entry: Once a student exits the event area, re-entry will not be permitted.
❌ Ejection & Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued to individuals removed from the event due to policy violations.
