✔️ RSVP within the app promptly to confirm receipt of their ticket.
✔️ Present their scanner-ready digital ticket at the entry gate.

Need Help Accessing Your Senior Banquet Ticket?
Didn’t receive your Door List text with your digital ticket? No worries — we’ve got you covered!

Download the Door List App and log in (create a free account) using the student phone number entered on the Senior Package purchase form. https://doorlist.app
Step 2:
If you have an existing account, check your profile to see that your phone number is listed correctly. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following policies will be strictly enforced:
🚫 Prohibited Items: Alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Individuals found in possession of these items will be immediately removed from the event and denied re-entry.
👮 Law Enforcement Presence: Deputies from the Union County Sheriff’s Office will be on-site. All North Carolina laws will be enforced.
🎒 Bag Policy: Only clear bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted. Medical bags are exempt from the clear bag requirement, but require inspection. Clear bags are subject to inspection upon request.
🚑 Medical Services: An Emergency Medical Service vehicle (either ambulance or stocked SUV) will be stationed on-site in the parking area with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and staffed by Union Emergency Medical Service personnel who are certified in use of the equipment. Attendees in need of assistance should notify event personnel at the entry gate.
👕 Parent/Guardian Volunteer Chaperones: Official volunteer chaperones will be clearly identified by designated event t-shirts. Event administration reserves the right to determine dress code compliance. Students who do not meet dress expectations may be denied entry until appropriate attire is secured.
🔁 No Re-Entry: Once a student exits the fenced event area, re-entry will not be permitted.
❌ Ejection & Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued to individuals removed from the event due to policy violations.
