Terms & Conditions

1).  Senior Events are 100% funded through package purchases.  PTSO reserves the right to restrict student access to events - in whole or in part- to students that purchase the package.  A detailed calendar of events with dates and access requirements will be made available after 09/08/2025 once the window for "General" package sales have concluded and revenue/budget is finalized. 
2). The PTSO Senior Package is non-refundable.
3). Students will be provided a PTSO ID Card that will be a punch ticket for hospitality and catering at all events.  Hospitality, spirit wear, food and in some cases, entrance to events, is only provided for those that present a PTSO ID punch card.
4). The PTSO is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen PTSO ID punch cards after they have been delivered to the purchaser.  Please treat the card like cash and secure it appropriately. 
5). Students are required to present the PTSO ID punch card at all PTSO events in order to receive these benefits. 
6). FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:  Senior Packages are purchased using our SQUARE SHOP.  Square offers purchasers the option to split the payment into 4 installments.  Look for the option as you progress through the payment on SQUARE. 
7). Students on Free or Reduced Lunch can receive a complimentary Senior Package — simply enter promo code SENIORMAVS2026 when ordering (subject to verification).
