If at the completion of 30 days, the HOLD has not been converted to a BOOKING, the MRHS PTSO will notify the traveler party via the email on file that the Hold has not been booked. The traveler party will have ten (10) days to correct the issue. MRHS PTSO and Hyatt Ziva reserve the right to cancel HOLDS after 45 days if credit card authorization is not provided to meet the requirements of Hyatt Ziva.
). 7). Travelers required to provide Chaperone: A registered chaperone (aged 21+) is required for each room reservation. Each chaperone may only be associated to one hotel room at the resort. The chaperone is responsible for all charges to the room, and is required to present a U.S. Passport with a credit card with matching name that is authorized for incidentals onsite at the time of check-in. Contact the hotel directly for details regarding credit card hold dollar $ amounts and durations. MRHS PTSO will distribute the room booking weblink to the registered chaperone of the party only.
). Safety & Legal Drinking Age: Travelers are responsible for their own safety. It is imperative that everyone exercise heightened caution when traveling abroad. Travelers should restrict their personal activity to boundaries of well-lit areas of the resort property after dark. The legal drinking age of Mexico is 18 and alcoholic beverages are included in the all-inclusive package. Do not overindulge. Being visibly drunk will make a person more susceptible to criminal acts, accidents, and in rare instances, medical emergencies.
). International Travel Insurance: Not included, but highly recommended to guard against the unplanned expenses associated with medical emergencies, travel interruptions, and cancellation penalties. (Example provider: Allianz). Some domestic U.S. health insurance providers provide limited coverage- or no coverage at all- when traveling out of the United States. Contact your insurance provider to "know before you go".
). A valid U.S. Passport is required for entry to Mexico. Travelers are responsible for their own transport to and from the resort.
). Limitation of Liability: MRHS PTSO's liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid directly to MRHS PTSO. MRHS PTSO acts only as agent for the traveler in acquiring accommodations and services for the traveler’s benefit, and on the express condition that the MRHS PTSO shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection to the group trip.
